My friend Carlos and I made our annual trek to Central Market this past weekend for the Annual Hatch Chile Festival. Hatch peppers are grown in New Mexico and taste great roasted! I love going to Central Market…this grocery store features an incredible selection of produce, a meat counter, seafood counter, extensive wine and beer collection, countless gourmet food items, a bakery, and my favorite…fresh tortillas! The Hatch Festival takes place in August for two weekends, so if you get a chance check it out!
